Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment regardless if you plan to use a gift card or not.

If a life situation happens and you need to change or cancel your appointment, please CALL or TEXT ONLY to notify me of the change. NO EMAIL notifications as they are not seen in ample time.

 I require 24 hours advance notification if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows me to utilize my waitlist so that I can fill my schedule in a timely manner and keep my small business successful!

If I am notified less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the services booked for that appointment. 

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying me of a cancellation and you wish to book another appointment, you will be charged 100% for prepayment of the service. All charges are non-refundable.
